Important Information

While we strive for the highest accuracy, results from toothbrush or other alternative DNA samples depend on the sample’s quality and quantity. For this reason, all alternative samples undergo a viability test in our accredited forensic lab.

• Viability testing fees are non-refundable.

• If DNA is insufficient, an additional $100 fee applies per new sample.
