Step 1: Order & receive your kit
Your DNA test kit is quickly shipped via FedEx 2-Day and arrives in a discreet envelope to protect your privacy.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey both to you and back to our lab.
Step 2: What's inside your kit?
Each kit contains everything you need for a simple, accurate at-home DNA collection:
- FDA-approved cheek swabs
- DNA sample envelopes
- Easy-to-follow instructions
- Result notification form
- Prepaid, pre-addressed FedEx return envelope
All lab fees are included in your purchase - no hidden costs. Note: shipping and supplies are not included with the DIY Test kit option.
Step 3: Collect & return your sample
Follow the step-by-step instructions to collect your sample, complete the result notification form, and return everything using the prepaid FedEx envelope provided.You can drop it off at any FedEx location or drop box.
Step 4: Lab processing & updates
As soon as your samples arrive at our lab, your dedicated DNA Specialist will send you an update. They'll:
- Keep you informed on your test's progress
- Provide an estimated timeline
- Be available to answer any questions along the way
Step 5: Receive your results
Once your results are ready, you’ll receive an email with a secure, full-color PDF report that you can view, download, or print.
