The phlebotomist there is amazing! Throughout my life, it's always been super difficult for people to draw my blood. Multiple different nurses at other places have told me that I'm a hard stick and they almost never get it on the first try. The phlebotomist at MyForeverDNA though is amazing and she was able to draw my blood on the first try without causing any pain! She pulled out all the tricks to make it as successful and painless as possible. She checked both my arms with her finger to find a decent vein and then had me do the whole squeeze, release, and repeat thing with my hand. After that, she found an okay vein and had me hold a warmer on it to bring the blood to the surface (I would've never thought to do that but it makes sense). She felt the vein after a few minutes and said that it was much better. Then she gave me a squishy gel ball to squeeze, release, and repeat. She drew the blood after that and got it right away! Untied my arm, took the ball, and told me that she got it. No pain, no digging, no second attempt. She was absolutely amazing! Also, I love the they did a wrap with a flat square bandage instead of a bandaid with a cotton ball. So much more comfortable and doesn't cause a rash like a typical bandaid would. Overall, I was very impressed by the level of care she had for my comfort. Couldn't recommend her enough. If you're a hard stick and in need of the services that they offer, you should definitely go here. They're the best!

I found my daughter‘s father about two weeks ago and we live now and two different states we were on edge about how to get a DNA test that was trustworthy and that would not take forever in a day. He found this place and everything was super smooth. I’m not going to lie. I looked at a few reviews and saw not many bad complaints but the ones I did see had me worried, however I cannot agree with the other reviews. I cannot relate because we got an email really really fast to let us know. They got our swaps which was super fast because I want to say it was only a day in the day. I got the email from the young lady to let us know she got our swaps and we will be doing our testing the very next day. He and I talked on the phone to try to figure out what day number were we on because we really were so anxious to get the results literally an hour after we got off the phone. Our results just magically appeared in our email, I really like this place I wish I would’ve went through them and knew about them. My sister had a situation because we went through hell with a DNA test years ago. This place was amazing. My daughter now knows who her father is. I now know who her father is in this test was super smooth no hassle at all when they say 1 to 3 days they mean that.

It’s expensive and don’t give a free shipping label like it says it does and I was under influence the swabs were included but weren’t so I had to buy some not big deal but why say free label and not give one
Accurate DNA Testing with real customer care, Simply the Best - Thank You My Forever DNA!
Right now I am rating this place a 1. Since I found this place I paid around $200 for testing. The test needed to go to two different states and after researching DNA places I said I will go with this. It also stated that I would get my results 1 to 3 business days. You are assigned to a DNA specialist. I heard from her one time and that was on Tuesday. I called many times especially today to see if my results were in. It was not until 3:54 pm est so for them it was 2:54 I am suppose to have my results by today and they tell me the lab is backed up. I never received a curiosity email or anything. I have antipates these results ever since I started this process and I was told it could be by Friday or sometime next week because the lab is backed up. Why was I not told this the last 4 or 5 times I called. Why 6 minutes before I am about to get my results I am told it wouldn't be today and where is the DNA specialist and the curiosity email. Please be transparent with people before they pay a lot of money and think there is a fast turnaround. I just want my results.

This process for us was definitely diffrent and we have never done this before. We were so please and relived that the process went smoothly. From the package, and having everything you need in there to the end results, was easy. They were available at anytime for questions and helped me tremendously getting through because I thought the mail lost our package, to the 99.99% accuracy of our test. OK, this is my third time updating my review. My results were delayed due FedEx Reached out to me and not only refund me the money but also personally make sure my results were priority once they arrived to the lab 100% recommend them. I will be going back For future services

When they say forever dna it's only because it takes them forever to send you any results if any. I mailed my test in at the beginning of Sept and still haven't received any results and it's been way longer than the 12-14 business days and the claimed 2 day results. I would not recommend buying the product if you actually want your results. (As of 12/23/25, still haven't received my results in the mail. Absolutely shameful)
