How It Works

Step 1: Order Your Sibling DNA Test Kit
Choose the sibling DNA test option that fits your situation, including the number of individuals you would like to compare. Kits ship quickly, with overnight delivery available at checkout when needed.

Step 2: Collect the DNA Samples
Follow the included instructions to collect quick, pain-free cheek-swab samples from each person being tested. If the mother is available, we strongly encourage including her sample at no additional cost, as it may help strengthen the sibling relationship analysis.

Step 3: Return Your Samples
Place each collected cheek swab into the correct labeled DNA sample envelope and seal it as instructed. Include the completed result notification form, then return everything using the included prepaid FedEx® return envelope.

Step 4: Laboratory Processing Begins
Once your samples are received and accepted by the laboratory, sibling relationship analysis begins through a trusted U.S.-based AABB-accredited and CAP-certified laboratory.

Step 5: Receive Your Results by Email
Your private results are delivered securely by email as an easy-to-read, full-color PDF. A dedicated DNA Specialist is available to provide support throughout the process and help make your testing experience simple from start to finish.
