From Order to Two Confidential DNA Reports

Step 1 · Order Your At-Home DNA Test Kit

Your kit ships within 1 Business Day in plain FedEx packaging for private and discreet delivery.

Step 2 · Collect Cheek-Swab Samples

The Alleged Father, Alleged Mother, and Child each collect two Cheek-Swab Samples by rubbing the swabs firmly inside the cheek for 60 seconds. Collection is quick, painless, and suitable for all ages, including infants.

Step 3 · Air-Dry the Swabs

Allow all swabs to air-dry at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before placing them into the Sample Envelopes.

Step 4 · Package Each Participant’s Samples Separately

Place each participant’s completely dry swabs into the correctly labeled Sample Envelope and complete the Result Notification Form.

Step 5 · Return the Samples to the Laboratory

Place all Sample Envelopes and the completed form inside the prepaid FedEx return envelope, then drop the package off at an authorized FedEx location.

Step 6 · Laboratory Intake and Confirmation

The laboratory logs, reviews, and accepts the samples. Your Dedicated DNA Specialist confirms when your case has entered laboratory processing.

Step 7 · Independent Paternity and Maternity Testing

The laboratory performs each Parent-Child Comparison separately using 24 DNA Genetic Markers plus Amelogenin. Every comparison is analyzed twice using Dual-Processing Technology.

Step 8 · Receive Two Confidential DNA Reports

Your separate Paternity and Maternity DNA Reports are emailed together as secure, full-color PDF documents, typically within 1 to 3 Business Days after all required samples are received and accepted by the laboratory.
