Results are processed and emailed Monday through Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included in the 1-3 business day result turnaround time.

2. Fast, Private Shipping
Kits ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1 PM CST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Your kit arrives in a plain FedEx® envelope with “Confidential” listed as the sender.

3. Track Your Shipment
Once your kit ships, tracking information is emailed to you, including the tracking number for your prepaid FedEx® return envelope.

4. Collect DNA Samples at Home
Use the included instructions and sterile cheek swabs to collect DNA samples from each participant. The process is quick, painless, non-invasive, and easy to complete from home.

5. Return Your Samples
Place each swab into the correct labeled DNA sample envelope, complete the Result Notification Form, and return everything using the included prepaid FedEx® envelope.

6. Receive an Arrival Confirmation Email from Your Dedicated DNA Specialist
DNA testing can feel stressful and time-sensitive, so we do things differently. Once your DNA samples are received by the lab and placed into processing, your dedicated My Forever DNA® Specialist will personally email you to confirm your samples have arrived, share your expected results timeframe, and provide direct contact information so you can reach the same specialist by email or phone for updates, questions, or clarification.

7. Lab Testing Begins
Testing is performed through a trusted U.S.-based laboratory that is AABB-accredited and CAP-certified.

8. Receive Your Results by Email
