This 2-in-1 DNA test includes testing for one alleged father, one alleged mother, and one child of any age. You will receive two separate result reports: one for paternity and one for maternity.

What the Paternity + Maternity Combo Test Does
This kit tests one alleged father and one alleged mother against one child in a single order. The lab runs two independent comparisons: one for paternity (father to child) and one for maternity (mother to child). You receive two separate reports, one for each parent-child relationship.
Both comparisons run at 24 DNA genetic markers plus Amelogenin, with dual processing through a US-based AABB-accredited and CAP-certified laboratory partner. When either relationship is confirmed, results typically show 99.999% or higher probability. When either is excluded, exclusion is 100%.

When to Choose the Combo Kit vs. Two Separate Tests
Choose the combined kit when you want a separate answer for both the father-child and mother-child relationships. One order covers one alleged father, one alleged mother, and one child. Their collection supplies arrive together, the samples return together, and the laboratory issues a separate paternity report and maternity report together after processing.
An optional reference sample serves a different purpose. On a standard paternity test, the known mother's sample can support the father-child comparison without providing a separate maternity report. Likewise, a known father's reference sample on a standard maternity test does not provide a separate paternity report. Choose this combined kit when you need both relationships evaluated and reported independently; use the individual test options below when only one relationship needs an answer.
