Your DNA test results are completed and emailed within 1-3 business days after all required DNA samples and the completed Result Notification Form have been received, accepted by the laboratory, and placed into processing.

In some cases, results may be completed even sooner.

• Secure Results Delivered by Email: Your completed results are sent as a secure, full-color PDF directly to the authorized recipient by email.

Important Turnaround Information

Results are processed and emailed Monday through Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included in the 1-3 business day result turnaround time.

Looking for Your Return Tracking Number?

Please reference the tracking email sent when your kit was shipped. This email includes your prepaid return FedEx tracking number, which you can use to monitor when your DNA samples have been delivered back to the laboratory.
