How the 4-child paternity kit works
This kit tests one alleged father against four children in a single order. The alleged father provides one set of cheek swabs. Each of the four children provides their own set. The lab compares each child's DNA independently against the alleged father's DNA and returns four separate paternity reports.
Each comparison runs at 24 DNA genetic markers with dual processing through a US-based AABB-accredited and CAP-certified laboratory partner. When paternity is confirmed for a child, results typically show 99.999% or higher probability. When paternity is excluded for a child, exclusion is 100%.

When to add mothers' cheek swabs
Including a mother's sample strengthens the paternity comparison for that specific child. If children share a mother, adding her sample once strengthens all corresponding comparisons. If children have different mothers, any of them can be added individually. Mothers' samples are optional and included at no additional cost when requested.
