So pleased with the service I received from My Forever DNA! I ordered a kit from their website on a Tuesday, within an hour, the tracking numbers were emailed to me. The kit arrived the very next day, collected the cheek swabs, returned them using the prepaid FedEx envelope provided, Received my Results the following Tuesday directly to my email. The entire process was incredibly simple and easy. Best of all, when I called their office a real person answered the phone and was happy to help me. Hands down the Best!

So happy I found this place! Long story short- on a road trip we found out that my blood test results for my baby’s gender were contaminated/ not USABLE and we were literally heading to do the gender reveal in another state and visit family for the holidays. They were accommodating and right on the way as we drove through! 💕 the results will come tomorrow just in time.

I absolutely love how professional and caring the customer service is. I accidentally ordered through Amazon, which I would recommend NOT doing because it takes up to 14 business days to get to the lab. The waiting game was excruciating, but again, the customer service team was extremely caring and understanding of the situation and told me they would reach out to me personally when my samples arrived at the lab. Thankfully, I received my results in 1 business day. If you have a potential father that lives in a different country like I do, I would definitely recommend ordering the kits through their website in case they aren't going to be visiting for long, so you get results faster. Amazon just takes wayyyyy too long.

Unfortunately I had to use this at the age of 34 to find out who my biological father was.
Fortunately, the kit came fairly quickly, it was pretty easy to follow, and the results only took 2 days to get after 2 days of shipping.
The people that work at this company are very kind, respectful and sympathetic to all situations.
I have no patience, and I ended up calling a few times, and every time I was taken care of with utmost care, and understanding.
It’s a situation I hope no one has to go through, but if you do, I recommend using My Forever DNA.

So very thankful for this company. Sending out a hair follicle was concerning. Wasn’t sure if it was going to be enough DNA, but it was. The results came back within 2 business days. Highly recommend! Would do again if I needed to!

When I ordered the paternity test I received it the very next day! The father took awhile to take the test but when he finally decided to take it, we were able to mail it in on July 28, 2023. I got the email it was received on August 1, 2023. The results were sent to my email by August 3, 2023.
Seriously THE BEST results I have ever received from a company in regards to professionalism and time! They were so fast and communicated with me through the entire process. They made this the easiest process for my daughter and I. Definitely recommend My Forever DNA and will always keep them in mind for future matters.
