The entire process was very simple to follow and the kit and results arrived quickly. It felt like there was support to reach out to at anytime because you were given an individual to contact directly. Ordered a two location test. It felt like forever because in the moment you're anxious for the results. However now that I have them the process actually was very fast & easy. Between ordering, receiving, shipping back out. They're not open on the weekends so keep that in mind. Results came in 24 hours after lab confirmed they had the samples.

Process was great. We ordered twin dna tests with each test being mailed to each twin home. Very easy, timely and professionally handled. My ordered looked like the kits were going to be mailed to me incorrectly “ as my shipping address had to be confirmed due to credit card process ” but it actually was going to the two twins addresses I provided. So just be aware kits are handled correctly.

My Forever DNA was professional and considerate during our testing process. The directions were straightforward and simple to follow. We waited two days to receive our supplies then two days after they were shipped back we received confirmation they’d arrived at the facility. A day later we had our results. The tech that emailed me at the arrival of the package and our results seemed professional and kind.
